Harry Amos Assumes Presidency of the Arlington-Reims Sister City Committee
On January 11 the members of the Arlington - Reims Sister City Committee chose, without dissent and effective immediately, Col. USA (ret.) Harry Amos as the new Committee President, replacing Charles Daris. The choice was accepted without objection by the ASCA Board of Directors.

The American Women for International Understanding has extended an invitation for Sister Cities International members to attend its March 9 International Women of Courage banquet at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

In Their Own Words
For the past several years, high school students from Arlington and Reims have participated in annual exchanges. These academic and cultural exchanges have resulted in ties that continue to bind the two Sister Cities and constitute lasting and positive experiences for the participating students. Featured here are two brief essays of remarks written by a "Remoise" student about her experience in the United States and impressions of an Arlington high school student about her experience in France.
